Follow Your Dreams

Dear Mums,

Do you feel like you’re constantly overwhelmed with everything you have to do?

Do you catch yourself daydreaming, only to snap back to reality because the laundry needs doing, your toddler is climbing on a dangerous shelf, and your baby needs feeding?

Do you feel frustrated when hearing how you should be grateful that you can stay at home with your kids? (Of course you’re grateful! But, there’s still a part of you that wonders if you’ll ever be able to achieve your goals and dreams.)

I know what you’re going through. That’s why I created the ‘Follow Your Dreams’ blog, because, although my aim is to empower children, I want to support you as well. It’s important that you fulfil your potential – both for your own mental health, as well as for your children, who will watch their role model succeed.

This blog is divided into three categories:

The ‘Motivation for Mums’ section consists of weekly encouraging posts drawn from my own experience. It’s best accompanied by the free workbook, which can be downloaded here.

The ‘Inspirational Mums’ section consists of interviews with mums who are following their dreams while raising kids. The aim of these interviews is to encourage you to follow your own path after seeing how others have done it. If you wish to be considered for an interview, please contact me here.

And finally, because we all want to be the best parents we can be, there’s also the ‘Empower Your Kids’ section. This consists of monthly guest posts by Sabrina Persiano, who is a play therapist and parenting coach. Sabrina has plenty of experience in her field, and I’m proud to be working with her.
